What does Route Pay track?

Route Pay is focused on route estimates, mileage workflow, saved history, and export-ready records. It is not a fleet platform or a payroll system.

Does Route Pay require an account?

No. Route Pay is local-first and does not require a user account or vendor backend.

How do exports work?

Exports are user-initiated from inside the app. The user chooses when to share or save records.

What should I check if totals look wrong?

Review the saved rate assumptions, trip values, and the specific day record before exporting or relying on the summary.
